Kisah rasul 8:1-4

My observation about Act 8:1-4

Act 8:1 And Saul approved of his execution.

Thayer Definition:
1) to be pleased together with, to approve together (with others)
2) to be pleased at the same time with, consent, agree to
2a) to applaud

Thayer Definition:
1) a destroying, killing, murder

And there arose on that day a great persecution against the church in Jerusalem,
Thayer Definition:
1) a gathering of citizens called out from their homes into some public place, an assembly

Act 8:2 Devout men buried Stephen and made great lamentation over him.

Act 8:3 But Saul was ravaging the church, and entering house after house, he dragged off men and women and committed them to prison.

Act 8:4 Now those who were scattered went about preaching the word.
